Nestled behind the main house, this ADU has all the conveniences you need to create your own private oasis! Walk through your private gated entrance, use the keyless entry and enter through the double doors into your large living room. To your left is the kitchen--there is plenty of counter space and storage, with newer appliances including a dishwasher and a built-in microwave. In the kitchen, you will also find a stacked washer and dryer! Through the living room, you will find the bedroom. It sits at the back of the unit, giving you even more privacy. In the bedroom suite you have your own walk-in closet and full bathroom including a bathtub! Both the living room and bedroom have their own mini-split HVAC units, giving you the opportunity to control the temperature in each room separately! There is only one shared wall between the main house (laundry room) and the ADU (kitchen), so it is extremely quiet.
